Let’s Build Your Foundation
As a Nutritional Therapy Practitioner and Restorative Wellness Practitioner, I use real food and functional nutrition as the scaffolding to support individuals in thriving through life’s multiple transitions with balance.
I believe that real food is the foundation on which health is built. When we eat nourishing foods, we strengthen that foundation.
My goal is for all individuals to feel confident and capable in their bodies so they can navigate life’s transitions with grace, no matter what obstacles they encounter.
My Approach
How to Build a Strong Foundation
Eat Real Food
Food builds our bodies and provides our cells with information to function properly.
Thriving cells = thriving bodies
Support Digestive Function
Even if you’re eating the best food around, you need to be able to digest it in order for your body to use it.
Address Blocking Factors
Identify and remove any internal or external stressors that are preventing you from thriving.
Develop Sustainable Routines
Changes that are sustainable in the long term will make the greatest difference.
